I think this means when you are in a time when it's difficult, you have confidence, and when you are in a time when it isn't difficult you are not worried so you don't have as much confidence!

I think it applies to our classroom because it means in class at math for strategies confidence is not getting it right (a math stradigie) it is understanding where you got it wrong.
That is very true. In times and places I've had to improvise, and it's gotten tricky. But if you understand the problem or situation, then you'll be fine.If you're right about something, good job! but if you understand it... great job.

It is important to know what to do, what went wrong, and where you went wrong. it is also important to know what should be done differently and how it should be done. I think this is important because knowing these thing helps you learn from your mistakes.

I really do agree with this saying. i agree with this because you never always be right and it doesn't really matter what matters is being confident when things are going wrong. A connection I have with this quote is in the book I read the Big Wave. What happened was that the big wave was rising and they the family's were confident to stay no matter what happens.
